We ship worldwide! To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we partner with a global network of top-tier printing facilities. This means your items are printed and shipped directly from the location closest to you.

Production Time

Every item at PINKSTAR is custom-made to order just for you. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to print, pack, and prepare your piece for shipment.

Estimated Transit Times

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

US, UK, Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days
Europe & Canada: 4–10 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Customs & Duties

Because we route your order to the nearest local printing partner, the vast majority of shipments arrive without any extra customs charges. However, depending on your country's specific laws, some international orders may occasionally be subject to local import duties or taxes. Please note that any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are custom-printed shortly after ordering, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately to make a change.

Orders placed with Express Shipping cannot be changed, as they are prioritized and sent to production immediately.

Will I have to pay extra customs fees?

While most orders do not incur extra charges due to our local printing partners, international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs duties depending on your country's laws. These are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?

Because every item is printed exclusively for you on demand, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 14 days with a clear photo. We will happily arrange a free replacement right away.

How do your sizes run?

Please check the size charts on each product page. Quick guide:

Baby Tees: Our 90s baby tees feature a relaxed, boxy cut and run slightly larger than standard baby tees. Size down if you want a tight, authentic fit.
Oversized Tees: Since these are unisex, they run slightly larger than standard sizes.
